How we sustain low MOQ at export quality
Every stage of our bamboo line — from culm splitting through laser engraving - is mechanised and standardised. The same production infrastructure that fulfils 5,000-unit container orders for our wholesale partners can run 100 - unit orders without changeover penalties or quality compromises.

Material Sourcing
RAW INPUT
Moso bamboo (Phyllostachys edulis) sourced from FSC-certified groves in Thanh Hóa province. Culms are harvested at 3–5 years of maturity when fibre density is optimal, then kiln-dried to under 12% moisture content prior to processing.

Splitting & lamination
Industrial press
Culms are mechanically split into 8mm strips and laminated under hydraulic press at 1,200 PSI to form solid, dimensionally stable bamboo blanks. Adhesive used is Food-safe E0 grade, certified for direct food contact applications.

Customer artwork is loaded into CO₂ laser systems calibrated to product specific presets. Engraving precision is maintained at 0.1mm. Detailed logos, fine typography, and grayscale photographic reproductions are all supported within standard production parameters.

100% inspection
Every engraved unit is individually inspected and air-cleaned to remove residual particulate. Units showing grain inconsistencies, scorch creep, or tonal deviation are removed from the order. Our standing reject rate is below 2%.

Do you sell retail?
We don't, our products made-to-order. You give us your ideas and we produce the product. Make it come to life on the market.
Do you hold inventory?
No, we don’t stock products. We only handle made-to-order projects, in which mass production only began after deposit. Therefore, our MOQ is from 100-500 pieces, and we can not handle small order of 5-10 pcs.
What are your main products?
We produce mostly Storage Organizer, Kitchen Accessories, Home Decor items, Baskets for Babies and Furry friends' stuff. Our product categories will expand over time depends on our customers' briefs but we will only supply products that are made from natural materials.
Can you develop product designs based on our requirements?
Sure! We provide comprehensive 3D design previews, material options, and technical documentation for sampling and then send you the finished sample to review before confirming for production.
